Horses Wagers Rules & Regulations

1. "Time of the bet" will be given by the ticket writer before the read back. Five Minutes will be added to the time of our computer (E.S.T).
   
   
2. If you select a horse that is part of a coupled pair (also called an entry) (i.e.,horses 1 and 1A) both horses would be considered as One Selection even if you did not choose the other horse.
   
   
3. We do not give starting times for races, exact time of the race will be determined by the Daily Racing Form Charts.
   
   
4. If the time confirmed by the ticket writer is after the Official Off Time of the race, your bet will be No Action.
   
   
5. We are taking wagers by Horse Name.
   
   
6. All wagers will be graded at the end of the wagering day.
   
   
7. We do not accept "If bets" on horse wagers.
   
   
8. Higher limits are available for consideration upon request.
   
   
9. We offer "Thoroughbred" Horse Racing only.
   
   
10. We do not offer wager on Harness, Arabian, Quarter horses and Appaloosas.
    
    
11. We do not offer House Quinella's, Pick 3, Pick 6, Pick 9, Parlay, Triple Bets, Superfecta's.
    
    
12. We accept the following wagers on a Daily Base: Win, Place & Show, Exacta's, Quinella's, Daily Doubles.
    
    
13. We do offer "Trifecta's" only on major events.(i.e.Kentucky Derby..)
    
    
14. If a Wager is accepted and it is not offered at the track, it will be graded as no action and your money will be refunded at Graded Time
